Market disclosureTickerworld displays Hyperliquid perpetual-market pricing, not spot pricing. Company-, index-, and commodity-themed worlds use Hyperliquid XYZ builder-deployed perpetual contracts. They are derivatives—not shares, index ownership, spot commodities, or a claim on the referenced company or asset. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Tickerworld is a game and visualisation—not financial advice, a trading service, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Using the service

You may explore, move, chat, emote, travel between the supported market worlds, and share captures for personal use. No signup or wallet is required. You are responsible for your device, connection, and conduct.

Safety and acceptable use

Follow the community rules. Do not harass others, spread hate or explicit abuse, spam, scam, impersonate staff, evade blocks or moderation, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer security controls, or request/share seed phrases, wallet addresses, contract addresses, or personal contact information in chat.

Your messages and captures

You retain responsibility for messages you send. You give Tickerworld a limited licence to transmit and display them inside the current room for operating and moderating the service. Ordinary chat is ephemeral. Shared postcards hide chat and player names by default; check any capture before publishing it.

Live data and third parties

Market, news, wallet, hosting, and sharing features may depend on third parties with their own terms. Headlines are attributed and are not represented as causing a price move. If a live provider is unavailable, Tickerworld may freeze the last genuine value, show its age, hide the feature, or continue in solo mode. Production will not invent live players, prices, or headlines.

Availability and moderation

The service may change, pause, rate-limit, or end without notice, including for safety, maintenance, capacity, legal, or provider reasons. Moderation may remove messages, mute or remove a player, or block access. You may report a decision through support.

No paid launch features

Public wallet authentication, usernames, skins, quotes, and purchases are disabled for launch. If payments are introduced later, separate purchase terms, refund/support information, and an updated privacy notice will be shown before payment.

Disclaimers and liability

Tickerworld is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no promise is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, suitable for trading, or compatible with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable from a breach.
